Who we are

These terms are between you and SDP Digital Ltd, trading as SEO by Santi, registered in England and Wales under company number 16384548, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

By using our services you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

Our services

We provide SEO, local SEO and AI search optimisation under a published plan (Local, Growth, Leader) or a custom scope agreed with you.

Free consultation

The free consultation is without obligation and does not by itself create a contract. A paid engagement begins once you confirm a plan and make your first payment.

Fees and payment

Fees are as published at sign-up unless we agree a custom price in writing. Plans are billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails, we may pause work until it is resolved.

No lock-in contract

Plans have no minimum term. You can cancel any time with notice by email or WhatsApp; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund the remainder of a paid period but will not bill again once cancellation takes effect.

Custom services

Work outside the published plans (such as social media, paid ads or PPC) is scoped and priced in writing before it starts.

Your responsibilities

We may need timely access to your website, Google Business Profile, analytics and advertising accounts, and prompt approvals. Delays on your side may affect delivery times.

Results

SEO and AI visibility depend on factors outside our control, including search and AI algorithm changes and competitor activity. We work to recognised best practice but cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, traffic or revenue. Examples on this site are illustrative of typical outcomes, not guarantees.

Intellectual property

Content we create for you becomes yours once paid for. We retain our own processes, templates and know-how.

Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and share it only as needed to deliver the service or where required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the issue arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
